Jovo App - User Agreement

Welcome to Jovo!
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Jovo app (the "App") provided by Jovo Inc. ("we," "our," or
"us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be
bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not
agree with any of the terms, please do not use the App.
1. General Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the
App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this
Agreement. We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time,
and such modifications will be effective upon posting. It is your
responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
2. Registration and Account Information
To access certain features of the App, you
may need to create an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and
complete information when registering for an account, and you agree to update
your information if it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur
under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please

3. License to Use the App
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we
grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App
solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify,
distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App. Any unauthorized use of the App
is strictly prohibited.

You agree to use the App in accordance with
all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to engage in any of

Your use of the App is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which outlines the data we collect, how we use it, and how we
protect it. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your

6. Payments and Subscription
If you choose to subscribe to any premium
features or services within the App, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Payment processing will be handled through the App Store or Google Play,
depending on the platform you are using. Subscription fees are non-refundable,
unless otherwise required by law.
7. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or
terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason,
including but not limited to a violation of this Agreement. Upon termination,
your right to use the App will cease immediately, and you must uninstall the
App from your devices.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jovo Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use
or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of
data, revenue, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
9. Modifications to the Agreement
We may update or modify this Agreement at
any time. Any changes will be posted in the App or on our website. Your
continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance
of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of local, without regard to its conflict
of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement
shall be resolved in the competent courts of local.
